Oklahoma education leaders propose deal for $80.4M, tuition freeze
Higher education leaders vowed to freeze tuition next year if the state Legislature appropriates $80.4 million more in operational costs for Oklahoma 's public colleges and universities. The funding is part of a $1.18 billion request for funding for fiscal year 2010.
