OSU professor elected

An Oklahoma State University professor has been named the 34th president of Gamma Theta Upsilon, an international geographic honor society. Thomas Wikle has taught geography at OSU since 1989. He is an associate dean in the College of Arts and Sciences. Wikle said in a statement that he hopes to expand chapters at colleges and to increase scholarship funds for student members.
