ONEOK named to Century Index

ONEOK Inc. has been named to the New York Stock Exchange Century Index, a new index recognizing 100-year-old publicly traded companies that have demonstrated consistent growth and shareholder value. ONEOK is one of only 100 companies named to the inaugural index. “This acknowledgment is a testament to the contributions of our dedicated employees — past and present,” CEO John W. Gibson said. “Being included on this list demonstrates our commitment to providing value to our shareholders as well as our ability to innovate and thrive through decades of economic and social change.”

Panhandle board OKs dividend

Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc. will pay a regular quarterly dividend of 7 cents a share on June 11. The payment was approved by Panhandle's board at its May 16 meeting.

Williams Cos. boosts dividend

The Williams Cos. Inc. has increased its regular dividend to 30 cents a share, the company announced Thursday. The dividend is payable on June 25. Williams was able to increase its dividend from 25.875 cents because of expected cash distributions from its ownership interest in Williams Partners LP.
