Oklahoma Ethics Commission rescinds public reprimand of Steven Dow

The Oklahoma Ethics Commission voted Friday to rescind its public reprimand of former DHS Commissioner Steven Dow, citing newly discovered evidence that the ethics violation was “inadvertent.”
