What’s the update on Tony Jefferson?

Took every practice snap yesterday and is all but guaranteed to play Saturday.

Any news on Stacy McGee coming back?

Haven't heard anything but I'd imagine news will be coming fairly soon.

Do you think the bye week will help or hurt OU this week? Also, Do you expect the offense to open it up more starting with this game?

I think it helps. Bob Stoops' teams have typically played really well off byes and they can definitely use the time to get ready for K-State's offense. And yes, I think you can expect the offense to open up a little bit starting this week.

How do you think the Sooners will fare in this huge 3 game stretch they have coming up?

I really think things could go either way for OU. I think they'll beat Kansas State and Texas Tech -- although they could certainly lose those games -- but Texas to me is the biggest test.

There’s a lot of hype about West Virginia. I think they’re overrated. Sure, they looked good in some of their games.

I think West Virginia is the best team in the conference at this point, but the Mountaineers definitely aren't unbeatable. Lots can happen between now and that OU game, and I think Texas-West Virginia could go either way.

Can we expect D. Williams to get the bulk of the carries against KSU? He’s clearly the best RB right now.

Stoops wouldn't commit yesterday to a No. 1 running back, which I thought was telling. Damien Williams is carrying the ball the best right now so I would expect him to get the bulk of the carries.

Who do you see wining the OU-K-State game? Final score?

My score prediction right now is OU 31-21.

Looks like Alabama is pretty much unbeatable at this point. Do you see anyone beating Alabama?

It's definitely hard to see anyone beating Alabama. They just seem so good and so deep. That's the biggest thing to me is how deep they are on their lines. That's something few other squads can compete with.
