Oklahoma football: What they're saying about the Sooners' big win
Here is a look at what players and coaches were saying after Oklahoma's 52-7 victory over Kansas:
* Kansas coach Charlie Weis, on special teams: “Let's talk about special teams. It seemed like every time they had a return, it was for a touchdown. I have to look at the big picture. It's 38 to nothing at halftime. What good could you say? My whole halftime speech was about let's see how we come out in the second half. Are they going to come out and make it one of the worst losses ever? It's already terrible. Or, are they going to come out and compete? They came right out and had a kickoff return for a touchdown right off the bat.”

* Junior running back/slot receiver Roy Finch, on OU's two special teams touchdowns Saturday: “It was nice. Teams all around the country look at that, and I want OU to be known as a very explosive team. (Justin Brown) taking back a punt return, and me taking back a kickoff return really shows that we have explosive players and we can play with the best.”
* Kansas safety Brad McDougald, on Landry Jones: “Hats off to him. He's definitely one of the best quarterbacks we are going to face this year. Just his composure and how well he runs his offense and the passes he makes — you're not going to see those at the college level. He's definitely a pro quarterback and he showed it today.”
* Senior quarterback Landry Jones, on OU's offense: “I think we're in a good spot. The key is to not get complacent, not think we have it all figured out, and continue to work. Continue to sharpen. Continue to do the things we're supposed to do be doing.”
* Co-offensive coordinator Josh Heupel, on Kenny Stills playing more outside: “It changes us offensively. His explosiveness changes us. You saw him make a couple big plays down the football field ... he's got a comfort level playing on the outside.”
* Senior fullback Trey Millard, on Notre Dame: “They're a great team. They've won on the road against some good teams, too, so we know we have to be prepared.”
