Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co. attorney: Regulations may force largest rate increase in history

An Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co. official told a House subcommittee that the utility company could be forced to enact the largest rate increase in its history by a number of recent rules enacted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
