Oklahoma Gov. Brad Henry takes reins as chair of oil compact commission
SANTA FE , N.M. — Oklahoma Gov. Brad Henrytold about 200 people attending the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission meeting Monday that he’s excited by his appointment as chairman of the group.
