The new $12 million Oklahoma Heart Hospital south medical office building opened Friday next to the hospital at Interstate 240 and Sooner Road.
Expanded services will be offered in the three-story, 70,000-square-foot building, including diagnostic, clinical and cardiac rehabilitation. It initially will bring 25 cardiovascular specialists to the hospital campus with the potential to add more, officials said.
The medical office building features 22,000-square-feet of cardiology clinics with 17 exam rooms, a wellness center with cardio equipment, weight machines, massage, aerobics classes and a sauna, pain management services, and physician offices.
Appointments in the new office begin Oct. 1; hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
