Oklahoma home values on rise

Oklahoma remained one of the few states with annual home price appreciation in the third quarter, according to the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight .

The agency’s all-transactions index, which tracks purchases and refinanced mortgages, showed state values gaining 2.8 percent in July-September compared with the same time in 2007. It was the fifth greatest gain among the states.
