Oklahoma House bill authorizing innocence investigations advances

A House subcommittee advanced a measure Monday that would authorize state investigations in certain cases where the guilt of an inmate has been legitimately challenged.

House Bill 2652 would create the Oklahoma Innocence Collaboration Act within the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation .
