Oklahoma House passes joint resolution on health care
The Republican-controlled House of Representatives on Wednesday overwhelmingly approved a resolution that would let voters opt out of a federal health care system, although one Democratic lawmaker called the exercise the biggest waste of taxpayer money during his eight-year tenure.
