Oklahoma lawmakers seek ‘personhood,' other questions
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A ballot measure that would criminalize abortion by granting “personhood” status to a human embryo is one of nearly a dozen proposals that Oklahoma lawmakers want to send to voters in November.
