Oklahoma legislative panel looks at municipal funding

Expanding the ability of all cities and counties to enter into cooperative agreements to save costs is a possible proposal Oklahoma legislators may be asked to consider in the upcoming session.

Removing barriers that keep cities and counties from cooperating on projects and services may be the best way to cut costs, the head of a legislative panel said Thursday.
