The Sapulpa Daily Herald reports that Jerry Lee Ellenburg was being held Wednesday in the Creek County jail on felony charges of aggravated driving under the influence.

Police were called at 9 a.m. Sunday by a resident in Sapulpa. According to a police report, an officer watched the 44-year-old Ellenburg driving a Kubota tractor east in the westbound lanes before swerving to the other side of the road. When the officer stopped the tractor, he allegedly smelled alcohol on Ellenburg's breath.

Ellenburg allegedly said he drank half a pint of vodka in 30 minutes. He later failed a blood-alcohol test.

Ellenburg remained in jail on $5,000 bond.
