Oklahoma man arrested after trying to feed child marijuana

BY LAURA SUMMERS, TULSA WORLD Published: April 29, 2014
BARTLESVILLE – A 31-year-old Bartlesville man who allegedly attempted to feed a child marijuana has been charged with drug possession and child neglect in Washington County District Court.

Associate District Judge Russell Vaclaw set this week a $50,000 bond for Carl Justin Holder, who returns to court on May 16. Holder has previous misdemeanor convictions in Washington County for domestic abuse and violating a protective order, and for drug possession charges in Tulsa County.

Bartlesville police were serving a warrant in the 100 Block of Kaw Avenue on Saturday when they encountered Carl Justin Holder in a vehicle with marijuana and a pipe on the dashboard and a 9-year-old child in the backseat, a court affidavit stated.
