A Claremore man charged in the reported rape of an 80-year-old woman at a Tulsa assisted living facility in February was arrested Tuesday.

The Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force arrested Stephen Craig Reed, 62, on charges of first-degree rape of a mentally incapacitated victim and first-degree rape by force or fear.
