BARTLESVILLE — A 23-year-old Bartlesville man is facing multiple charges in Washington County District Court after allegedly molesting a 3-year-old then driving drunk through the streets with three children eluding police.

District Judge Curtis DeLapp set bond at $150,000 during a Tuesday arraignment for Casey Adam Burns, who is charged with lewd molestation, child endangerment, child neglect, eluding police, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license. Burns returns to court June 21.

Burns was found Friday in the bathroom with a distressed toddler at a Bartlesville apartment by a friend with whom he had been drinking beer, a police affidavit stated. The witness said Burns had made repeated trips to the bathroom to throw up throughout the day.
