Oklahoma man dies in Carter County crash

Hunter Watson, 20, of Davis, died early Saturday in a crash on Gateway Road, two miles west of Ardmore, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

A Davis man died early Saturday morning after a pickup crash in Carter County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

About 2:26 a.m., Hunter Watson, 20, was driving west on Gateway Road, two miles west of Ardmore. The pickup went off the road and struck a light pole, troopers said.

Watson, who was wearing a seat belt, died at the scene.
