Oklahoma man dies in crash on Tulsa highway

TULSA — A driver was killed Monday when a pickup hit a guard wall, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Jarrett Paul Clingan, 42, of Collinsville, was driving westbound about 3:30 a.m. on Interstate 244 taking the exit ramp onto northbound U.S. Highway 75 when the crash occurred, troopers said.
