Oklahoma man dies in forklift accident

SAPULPA – An industrial plant employee was killed early Friday during a forklift accident.

An Oklahoma Highway Patrol dispatcher said the accident happened about 3:12 a.m. at Paragon Industries, 3317 W. Highway 117.

According to an accident report, 20-year-old William Miller of Jenks died when he was struck by a forklift.
