MADILL — An Oklahoma man has pleaded no contest to three counts of first-degree murder for two separate shootings in southern Oklahoma.

Joshua Scott entered the plea Wednesday for the 2012 shooting deaths of Chad Wayne Page and Ashleigh Lindsey, who was pregnant. Authorities say Scott fatally shot Page, who was the ex-boyfriend of Scott's mother.

Afterward, according to authorities, Scott picked up Joshua Mahaffey and went to Lindsey's home. Authorities say Mahaffey shot Lindsey, then killed himself. Lindsey died at a hospital and her fetus did not survive.

Mahaffey was Lindsey's ex-boyfriend, and her family says she was about to enter a domestic violence shelter before her death.

A local newspaper reports Scott entered a blind plea, meaning he had no deal with prosecutors. Sentencing is set for Dec. 11.
