A man accused of running over another man with a pickup has been jailed on a homicide complaint, police said Wednesday.

William Chotkey, 25, of Okemah, was run over about 11:15 p.m. Monday at 940 SW 59, police said. Chotkey died Tuesday night at OU Medical Center.

Officers arrested Oswaldo Frasquillo, 22, of Oklahoma City, after he called 911 to turn himself in about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Master Sgt. Gary Knight said.

Investigators said Chotkey and Frasquillo got into a fight and Frasquillo drove a pickup over Chotkey and fled the scene.

Frasquillo was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on the complaint of assault with a dangerous weapon. The complaint was changed to homicide Tuesday night after investigators learned Chotkey had died as a result of his injuries, police said.
