Oklahoma man suspected of DUI with baby in vehicle

The Tulsa World reports a Tulsa man was taken into custody by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol on Monday after he was reportedly caught driving under the influence of drugs with a baby in the vehicle.

LeeRoy Edwards, 29, was booked into the Tulsa Jail of driving under the influence of drugs, child endangerment, driving under a suspended license, no vehicle insurance and child restraint system complaints, jail records show.

Edwards was stopped near the intersection of North Admiral Place and Sheridan Road about 12:20 p.m. Monday after an OHP trooper noticed that his 2000 Nissan AG8 featured a broken rear tail light. Read the rest of this story at TulsaWorld.com.
