Oklahoma medical examiner rules hunter's death a homicide
WILBURTON — The widow of a Hartshorne man who was killed while deer hunting with a friend said Friday her husband's death was an accident and she doesn't want charges filed.
The death of John A. Morgan , 44, has been ruled a homicide by the state medical examiner's office, spokeswoman Cherokee Ballard said.
