Caregivers conference

Health and legal experts during a conference Tuesday will discuss caring for people with Alzheimers's and also recent research in the field. The conference will be at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in Norman. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with the opening session starting at 8:15 a.m. The session topics include communicating through music, understanding emergency detention, Alzheimer's early stage issues, caregiver stress and coping, and hope in the face of the disease.
