Three die on Oklahoma roads
Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported three deaths Saturday on Oklahoma highways.
Jack Caldwell Judd, 41, Fairland
Shortly before 3 a.m., Judd was driving a motorcycle southbound on U.S. Highway 59 in Ottawa County, six miles east and one mile south of Afton. The motorcycle missed a curve and hit a culvert, troopers said.
Judd died at the scene, troopers said.
Misty Lauderdale, 47, Muskogee,
Angela Lietch, 51, Warner
About 1:15 p.m., Lauderdale was driving northbound on U.S. 64, about two miles north of Warner in Muskogee County, when her car went off the roadway. The car came back onto the road, crossed the center turn lane and struck Lietch's pickup, which was southbound, troopers said.
Both Lauderdale and Lietch died at the scene of injuries suffered in the crash.
Lauderdale was wearing a seat belt; Lietch was not, troopers said.
