2 to be tried

in slaying

Two people accused in the shooting death of a man inside a hotel room will face trial, a judge ruled Friday. Rickey Dean Gold, 27, and Terri Camp, 29, are charged with first-degree murder in the March 11 slaying of Russell Hable, 41, of Yukon. Two others charged with murder, Joyce M. Seco and Sherry L. Campbell, testified against Gold and Camp, and will avoid trial. Prosecutors allege Seco, a stripper, planned to rob Hable, a customer, after he invited her to his motel room, and then enlisted the others. Seco testified that Gold shot the victim and both women said Camp drove the getaway car. Seco previously pleaded guilty to murder and received a life sentence with all but the first 25 years suspended, prosecutors said. Campbell is expected to plead guilty to a lesser charge.
