A man who faces three counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of his girlfriend and two young girls has a new trial date on one of the counts. Kevin Sweat, 26, has been ordered to stand trial in Okfuskee County for the July 2011 slaying of Ashley Taylor, 23. He has pleaded not guilty, and prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
