Oklahoma not part of mortgage settlement; gets separate agreement

Forty-nine states have agreed to accept a $25 billion settlement from the nation's five largest mortgage lenders over their foreclosure abuses, according to reports.

Only Oklahoma refused to join in the agreement.

Oklahoma came to a separate settlement, according to the state Attorney General's Office.
