Combined weighted average report for Oklahoma auctions. Seven auctions reported this week: Ada, Apache Cows, Apache feeder sale close, El Reno, McAlester, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Woodward. Feeder cattle sold $1-$4 higher. Steer and heifer calves sold $3-$8 higher. Feeder cattle and calves sold to very good demand post-holiday. This despite feeder cattle futures on the decline most of the week. Calf markets improved as many areas did see some moisture though not any drought busters.
