Compared to last week: Slaughter cows and bulls firm to $1 higher. Packer demand good following the Thanksgiving Day Holiday. Total of 450 cows and bulls sold with 33 percent going to packers.

Slaughter Cows: 1,000-1,675 lbs. Average dressing Boners and Breakers $75.50-$80, Lean cows $71-$76; High dressing $77.50-$84; Low dressing $64-$75. 800-1,000 lbs. Light weight cows Average dressing $71-$72; High dressing not tested; Low dressing $68-$70.

Slaughter Bulls: 1,300-2,200 lbs. Average dressing $93.50-$97; High dressing $98-$103.50; Low dressing $86-$91, Very low $78-$82. The estimated dressed cost at the Oklahoma National Stockyards; Lean $158.20; Boners $158; Breakers $148.50; Light weight cows $157.25. Bulls $170.75.

Replacement Cows: Pre-tested for pregnancy and age. Medium and Large No. 1-2: 2-4 year old 900-925 lb. cows 2-7 months bred average quality $935-$985/head; 2-6 year old 1,000-1,300 lb. cows 4-7 months bred average quality $1,000-$1,125/head; 7-10 year old 1,000-1,250 lb. cows 5-7 months bred average quality $800-$930/head. Pairs: Medium and Large No. 1-2: 5-9 year old 1,200-1,300 lb. cows with 100-200 lb. calves high quality $1,310-$1,460/pair.
