Oklahoma online charter school can't enroll students this school year
An Oklahoma County judge ruled again Friday that Epic 1 on 1 Charter School could not enroll students for this school year because the open transfer period has already ended.
The attorney for the proposed virtual charter school argued that the judge's first ruling on Aug. 16 made the school a statewide school district with its geographical boundaries being the entire state of Oklahoma .
