Mortgage company opens branch

Indianapolis-based Stonegate Mortgage Corp. has opened a retail branch at 5100 Brookline led by senior branch manager Amber Davis, who has 15 years of experience in mortgage lending. Working with Davis are Kenyatta Lampley, Candace Sturgis and Dominic Dangora. Stonegate Mortgage, backed by Long Ridge Equity Partners, a New York private investment firm, originates, acquires and retains mortgage servicing rights through retail branches and third-party originators. In September, it acquired NattyMac, a warehouse lender, from Guggenheim Partners.
