Architecture tour Saturday

The American Institute of Architects Central Oklahoma Chapter will present the 12th annual Architecture Tour from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The self-guided tour includes homes and commercial buildings. Tickets are $15 at any tour stop.

Tour locations are: Seven at Crown Heights, 1000 NW 37; Underground Loft, 3200 Sexton Drive in Norman; Woodland Residence, 1009 Woodland Drive in Norman; 430, 430 NW 12; Hiltgen Home, 1701 Woodhill Road in Edmond; WestTown Campus, 1729 NW 3; and Lingo Construction Services, 123 NW 8.

Guild opens Lawton branch

— Guild Mortgage Co. has opened a branch at 1709 W Gore Blvd. in Lawton with Mike Chesser as branch manager. Chesser has worked in the mortgage business since 1988. Sharla Watson is senior loan officer and Tonia Chesser is senior processor. Guild Mortgage Co., based in San Diego, Calif., has 80 branches in 16 states and generated loan volume of $6 billion and servicing volume of $10 billion in 2012.
