Grubb & Ellis-Levy Beffort reports the following transactions:

• JB3 Textbooks Inc., doing business as Textbook Brokers, has leased the 2,650-square-foot office building at 533 N Portland Ave. Caitlin Dempsey handled the transaction.

• Myriad Systems Inc. leased 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 425 E Hill Street. Randy Lacey handled the transaction.

• Cameron International Corp. leased an 11,790-square-foot industrial building at 3512 Lakeside Drive. Jim Karey handled the transaction.

• M-G Novelty, doing business as Party Galaxy, leased a 7,000-square-foot building at 901 S Air Depot in Midwest City. M-G Novelty was represented by Mark Inman of CB Richard Ellis-Oklahoma. The landlord was represented by Louis Almaraz and Michael Almaraz of Grubb & Ellis-Levy Beffort.
