•  OKC Party Bus leased 6,732 square feet of space at 1236 NW 5 from Corsair-Caughron LLC. Kris Davis of Grubb & Ellis-Levy Beffort represented the landlord.

•  SMDI Inc. leased 10,800 square feet of industrial space at 7500 Melrose Lane, Building A, from W.R.& D. LLC. Randy Lacey of Grubb & Ellis-Levy Beffort represented the landlord.

•  Heartland Trash Services leased 10,958 square feet of space at 7500 Melrose Lane, Buildings B and C, from W.R.& D., LLC. Lacey represented the landlord and Dal E. Shannon of Capital Commercial OKC represented the tenant.
