Lumber Liquidators opens store

Lumber Liquidators has opened a new store at 700 Ed Noble Parkway. Lumber Liquidators offers more than 340 varieties of flooring including laminate, solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, bamboo, cork, vinyl wood plank and the premier brand of Bellawood Prefinished Hardwood Floors. The 7,500 square-foot Norman store also offers molding and trim, underlayments, grills and vents, adhesives, floor-care accessories, and flooring tools.

Whataburger sauces hit shelves

Beginning this week, Whataburger will offer its signature fancy and spicy ketchup at select Walmart stores in Oklahoma and six other states. Following the success of its limited-time launch for Super Bowl XLVIII in Feburary, Whataburger’s signature ketchups will be available at nearly 200 Walmart stores in Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri and Oklahoma.

Toyota recognizes Hudiburg

Toyota Motor Sales recently presented Midwest City-based Hudiburg Toyota with the 2013 President’s Award for sales, service and customer satisfaction. Hudiburg Toyota is a part of Hudiburg Auto Group, which also includes Chevrolet, Buick/GMC, Nissan and Subaru stores, and serves the greater Oklahoma City area with new and used vehicles, parts and services. The President’s Award recognizes excellence in categories including customer sales satisfaction and customer service satisfaction. The award is presented to the top 5 percent of Toyota dealers nationwide on an annual basis. The dealership also received the award in 2012 and 2010.

Emergency kits go on sale in OKC

The Oklahoma City disaster preparedness store Homestand Preparation Station will offer emergency kits designed for the needs of individuals and families in areas prone to hurricanes or tornadoes. The hurricane and tornado “bug out” bags designed by Utah-based Legacy Food Storage provide essentials in a backpack for those forced to evacuate their homes. Earthquake, flood and cold weather kits — as well as “bug-in” kits for those required to shelter in place for an extended period of time — will also be available soon. Homestand Preparation Station is at NW 63 and May Ave. in Oklahoma City.
