Oklahoma scene: Central Oklahoma hires Edmond Memorial's Edgar Miraku as volleyball coach
Central Oklahoma has tabbed Edgar Miraku as its new volleyball coach.
Miraku has coached at Edmond Memorial for seven years, guiding the Bulldogs to four Class 6A state championships and a 205-48 record. He has also been head coach of the U.S. Men's Sitting National Team for the past two years. He will step down from that position when he takes over at UCO.
