Oklahoma State offensive lineman Jonathan Rush will appear at Payne County Courthouse at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday for arraignment after being charged with one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia last month.

Cowboy defensive tackle Christian Littlehead, who was charged with the same crime after two homemade smoking devices with residue were found in the teammates' on-campus residence, is scheduled to appear on Jan. 23 at 10:30 a.m. His original court date was set for Dec. 29, but that was pushed back because Littlehead was in Arizona for the Fiesta Bowl.
