Oklahoma scene: Sooners close out home wrestling schedule Sunday vs. West Virginia

The Oklahoma wrestling team closes its home portion of the season Sunday against Big 12 foe West Virginia at McCasland Field House at 2 p.m. The dual will be televised on FSOK (Cox 37).

The Sooners are coming off an 18-15 loss to Northern Iowa on Friday, dropping them to 5-4 on the season. But they are 1-1 this season against the Big 12.

West Virginia (1-3) lost to Oklahoma State on Friday, 36-3.

Sunday marks the final home dual for five seniors: Dillon Dennis, Scott Chene, Bubby Graham, Nolan McBryde and Keldrick Hall.

OSU HOSTS PITTSBURGH

The second-ranked Oklahoma State wrestling team hosts Pittsburgh at 4 p.m. Sunday in Gallagher-Iba Arena.

The Cowboys hammered Big 12 foe West Virginia 36-3 on Friday, improving to 9-0 on the season. Sunday marks the first time OSU has faced Pittsburgh.
