Fifth-ranked Oklahoma edged No. 10 Missouri 2-1 behind Keilani Ricketts.
The No. 5 Oklahoma softball team captured its sixth Big 12 series in as many tries with a 2-1 win over No. 10 Missouri in Norman on Sunday afternoon.
OU's Keilani Ricketts (23-6) had 11 strikeouts and allowed just four hits as the Sooners (38-7, 13-4 Big 12) took two of three games from the Tigers (34-10, 11-7) over the weekend. Ricketts also went 1 for 2 at the plate with an RBI.
The Sooners will meet Oklahoma State at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Norman.

UCO SPLITS WITH NO. 17 MISSOURI WESTERN
Central Oklahoma pitcher Amanda McClelland threw her fourth shutout of the season in Sunday's finale to earn a doubleheader split with No. 17 Missouri Western with a 5-0 victory.
One day after the Bronchos' 35-game win streak ended, they fell victim to a two-game losing streak after dropping Sunday's opener, 3-2.
But McClelland, a former standout at Lawton MacArthur, responded. She didn't allow a runner past second base and walked just one to improve to 18-1.
UCO (38-5) ends the regular season Tuesday at home against No. 25 West Texas A&M.
