Oklahoma scene:Tulsa picked third in C-USA
Tulsa 's men's basketball team was chosen to finish in third place in the 2008-09 Conference USA preseason poll.
The poll, released Tuesday, has 2008 NCAA runner-up Memphis as the unanimous preseason favorite to repeat as league champion. UAB was chosen second by the coaches and will be led by C-USA's preseason player of the year selection Robert Vaden .
