Oklahoma Senate gets tough on fraud
Voter fraud would be considered a felony under legislation approved Tuesday by the Senate.
Senate Bill 1921 by Senate President Pro Tempore Glenn Coffee, R- Oklahoma City , increases the penalty for certain types of voter fraud to a felony level, punishable with up to 5 years in prison and fines up to $50,000.
