Oklahoma Senate won't hear health insurance exchange bill
Gov. Mary Fallin got a dose of legislative pushback Thursday when Senate Pro Tem Brian Bingman put the brakes on a health insurance exchange bill she has been pushing.
Without telling the Republican governor beforehand, Bingman, R- Sapulpa , announced the Senate would not hear House Bill 2130, which would oversee developing a website where Oklahomans could search for health insurance.
