Stevie Clark’s playing status for Oklahoma State’s game against South Carolina:

Ford reiterated that Clark is still very much a part of the team, despite rumors suggesting otherwise a week ago, when the freshman was suspended and sent home from the Old Spice Classic in Florida.

“Absolutely, he’s with the team,” Ford said. “He was never not, as far as not being a part of our basketball team. I know there were things that got out there, but that just goes to show you, where some of it came from is beyond me.”

Ford has not detailed Clark’s indiscretions, but did say that he is practicing with the team in advance of Friday’s game.

Clark is averaging 9.8 points and 5.0 assists per game as the backup point guard to Marcus Smart.
