Lyndell Johnson's interception

The play: Landry Jones had his token bad-throw-under-pressure moment midway through the first quarter, when he floated the ball right to the Cowboy linebacker near midfield. Johnson sprinted 46 yards to the OU 9-yard-line.

The result: Joseph Randle scored his second touchdown two plays later to give OSU an early 14-0 lead.

Momentum to: OSU

The squib kick

The play: After drilling a 42-yard field goal to put OSU up 17-3 early in the second quarter, Quinn Sharp tried to squib the kickoff. That gave the Sooners great field position at their own 43-yard line.

The result: OU produced an 8-play, 57-yard drive that was capped by a Trey Millard 14-yard catch and run for a touchdown.
