When Oklahoma State faces defending champion Florida State in the Cowboys' season opener this fall, will FSU have its starting quarterback?

If things continue on this path, who knows? Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston was issued a citation for allegedly shoplifting crab legs Tuesday from Publix, according to tomahawknation.com.

Besides his most profile run-in with the law - an allegation of rape that clouded the back-end of his Heisman winning season as a redshirt freshman - Winston has had a series of minor incidents that have brought the authorities into things. Winston was questioned in a long-running BB gun battle and a Burger King reported that Winston was stealing soda.

Oklahoma State and Florida State kick off their seasons in the Cowboys Classic Aug. 30 in Arlington, Texas. FSU is widely projected to be the preseason No. 1 team in the college football.
