A fifth-year senior from Wichita Falls, Texas, Isaiah Anderson is the fastest player on Oklahoma State's football roster. He ran track for the Cowboys in the spring of 2009.

After redshirting his first year, Anderson saw limited action as a freshman and sophomore but had 28 catches for 315 yards last season. He started six games.

Anderson has the ability to stretch a defense. He had at least one reception of 18 yards or longer in seven games. He scored four touchdowns last season, including a 36-yarder against at Iowa State. This year, Anderson's role is to provide steady production, including some big plays.

Q: Because you graduated last May, did you take notes from Brandon Weeden last season?

A: “I did. I feel like Weeden. I'm thinking about playing golf this year.”

So you're a good golfer like Weeden?

“No. I'm going to take beginner's golf. We're going to find out how good I am. I swung clubs when I was little, but I was just knocking the ball around with my grandpa. But I'm taking beginner's golf. I'm going to be out on the course just like Weeden.”

Would you have taken this approach without Weeden's example?

“Maybe. But watching him, it gave me extra motivation to do it. Like Weeden, I'm just taking busy courses since I already graduated, just enjoying being a senior.”

Everyone knows about your speed, but what's a hidden talent you have that might surprise fans?
