Joseph Randle is currently the Big 12's leading rusher, but he can't consistently crank out yards without his offensive line.

Cowboy offensive tackle Parker Graham talked about the O-Line's unique relationship with Randle on the field, and off. Big spoiler: Food is involved.

We're so close. If you ask anybody, the O-Line, me, Lane (Taylor), (Evan) Epstein, we're really close with Joe. We love hanging out with him. Him and Jeremy (Smith) both. It's just really good whenever you have that family feel to it, and you know your block sprung him for the 60-yard run or the 20-yard run or anything like that. When he has a big game like that, just knowing you were a part of that is a really good feeling.

He was a year younger than me, but he came in and we were instantly friends. Me and him and (guard) Brandon Webb. We're all pretty close-knit. I don't know if you see that as much in the other colleges across the country. We're just a very tight-knit group offensively.

We go out to eat all the time. Anytime we're doing something, Joe will always be like ‘Hit me up, text me and let me know where you guys are at.' It's always fun. The O-Line's always together, and anytime we can have the quarterbacks come eat with us or the running backs come eat with us, it's always just a fun time to be together and enjoy life off the field as well.

Throughout the season, we've kind of switched (the restaurants) around a little bit. We went to Bad Brad's there for a little bit. We go to Thai Café a lot. We've gone everywhere, pretty much, in this town. For a lineman, it's anywhere. Where there's food, there's food.
